Carey McBeth is a nationally recognized Business Etiquette Expert & Professional Speaker. Since graduating from The Protocol School of Washington® in 2002, she has delivered high-energy, high-impact training programs, keynotes and individual coaching worldwide.
Carey currently delivers student programs at numerous local and national post-secondary institutions including: the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology), SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology), Langara College, Douglas College and Vancouver Community College.
Carey also enjoys the pleasure of working with new Canadians to help them gain a solid understanding of Canada’s Workplace Culture. As a native Canadian and former member of the Parliamentary Spouses Association in Ottawa, Ontario, Carey brings unique experience and first-hand knowledge of Canada’s culture, heritage and charm to her training of new Canadians.
Professionally trained in broadcast and media communications, Carey has appeared as an etiquette expert on CBC Newsworld, Global News, CTV, Sun News Network, Breakfast Television, CKNW News Radio, CBC Radio and CFAX Radio. She has also been featured or quoted in the top national publications including The Globe and Mail, The National Post, The Huffington Post Canada, along with The Toronto Star, The Montreal Gazette, The Vancouver Sun, The Province, Business in Vancouver and BC Business Magazine.
In her spare time, Carey enjoys travelling, playing sports, and cheering on her beloved Seattle Seahawks. As an avid dog lover, she also volunteers her time to help raise funds and awareness for non-profit animal organizations such as the SPCA and Dogway Dog Rescue Society. She is also a proud mommy of her 7 year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Jed.
